Implementation Planning Services for CAS
Launching CAS, as with any new application, requires a significant amount of coordination and planning. Unicon offers a CAS Implementation Planning Service, facilitated by a Unicon Project Manager and Technical Consultant, to help institutions and organizations in the strategic and tactical planning for its CAS implementation. This session covers goal setting and team alignment. It also focuses on technical implementation instruction and requirements gathering to set the foundation for the implementation.
The strategic planning includes the development of goals and success metrics, a demo, and a technical review. The tactical planning contains requirements gathering for defining the systems to be “CASified” and drafting the architecture diagram. In order to ensure session success, the facilitator assembles reports designed to assist the client in detailed planning and execution. These reports are used as a guide to the successful deployment of CAS within an institution or organization.
