Understanding Our Pricing Structure

Navigate Identity offers a modular pricing structure based on the components you select. Unlike commercial solution providers with tiered pricing models, which can increase with usage, Navigate provides a fixed pricing structure that allows institutions to plan their budgets more effectively. This transparency is crucial for higher education institutions that often face financial constraints. Unicon assumes the risk associated with pricing fluctuations and storage costs, ensuring that your budget remains predictable and manageable.

Implementation fees vary based on your current identity solution state. Contact our sales team for a customized quote.

As an AWS partner, we have access to funding programs that help subsidize your costs for migrating into the Navigate solution. This helps offset any implementation fees, making the transition more affordable.

We offer a Proof-of-Concept (POC) solution to test if Navigate will work for your needs. A POC is priced at a fixed fee and can be subsidized through AWS funding options made available to clients through our partnership with AWS. This often is a great starting point for a low fixed price to actually use the solution with the same security, integrations, and features that are available in the full solution.

Navigate Identity is available through the AWS Marketplace, providing a seamless procurement and invoicing process. The AWS Marketplace also offers contract vehicles such as OMNIA to educational institutions. Navigate Identity is also available through the Marketplace to avoid any confusion that it is the only way to procure it.
